What it does

Every creative reviewed before it goes live, at any volume.

Self-serve multiplies creative faster than review teams can grow. Content Cop screens every upload for format, quality, language and originality, scores it against your guidelines, and routes it through your approval path. Reviewers handle judgment calls; advertisers get fixes they can act on.

At any volume

Every upload screened. Only judgment calls reach your team.

As more advertisers self-serve, uploads climb. Content Cop checks each one the moment it lands, clears what's ready, and sends only what needs a human decision to your reviewers.

One standard

One standard for every advertiser.

Set your guidelines once, per format. Every advertiser's creative is measured against the same rules, whether it comes from a global brand or a first-time seller.

Your process. One conversation.

From “please fix” to approved.

Set parallel or tiered approval steps. Reviewers comment, advertisers reply from their campaign, and the right reviewer is alerted when it's their turn.

frequently asked questions

Your questions, answered.

Answers about how Content Cop fits into your review process.

What does Content Cop check?

Every upload is screened for format, dimensions, quality, inappropriate language and duplicated content, then scored against your brand and placement guidelines before it reaches a reviewer.

Does AI make the final approval?

No. AI screens and scores; your reviewers approve. You decide which steps run automatically and which need a person.

Can we set our own guidelines and approval steps?

Yes. Guidelines are set per format, and approval paths can run in parallel or in tiers, configured per team.

How do advertisers see feedback?

On their campaign. They see the comment, the suggested fix and the brand score, and reply from the same dashboard they used to submit.

Is the brand score a performance forecast?

No. It measures alignment with your guidelines. It is not a click-through or sales prediction.

How is Content Cop different from Creative Review?

Content Cop is the Sofie agent that screens and scores every creative against your guidelines. Creative Review is the approval workflow your reviewers work in.

How does it work with Creative Director?

Creative Director makes the creative; Content Cop checks it. Keeping the two separate means generated and uploaded creative pass the same checks.

When is Content Cop available?
