What it does

Every live campaign, on one platform.

With Campaign Manager, ad ops teams set up, launch, and optimize every campaign from one platform. A single brief runs across every selected channel. Pacing, exception handling, and mid-flight changes propagate everywhere. Teams ship more campaigns without scaling headcount.

Single brief, multi-channel execution

Configure creative, targeting, budget, and schedule once. The campaign runs across every selected channel without re-keying.

Live pacing across all channels

One pacing view spans every channel. Auto-adjustments keep delivery on track without manual intervention.

Mid-flight changes propagate everywhere

Budget shifts, creative swaps, and targeting updates apply across all channels simultaneously.

Exception handling, built in

Out-of-stock products, rejected creative, and pacing misses surface as exceptions. The system routes routine ones automatically; people get the rest.

Unified campaign platform

One place to set up, launch, monitor, and optimize every campaign, regardless of channel mix.

Real-time status for every stakeholder

Retailer ops, retailer sales, and advertiser all see the same campaign status.

frequently asked questions

Your questions, answered.

Answers about how Osmos Orchestration sits inside your store stack.

Does Campaign Manager replace my existing campaign tools (Skai, Pacvue, native ad servers)?

No. Campaign Manager sits on top of your existing campaign tools and orchestrates campaigns across them through pre-built connectors. Each tool keeps running. Osmos gives you one workspace that coordinates them all.

How does exception handling work?

The system flags routine exceptions (out-of-stock products, rejected creative, pacing misses) and routes them through preset resolution paths. Complex exceptions surface to ad ops with the context needed to resolve. Built-in logic, not AI-driven.

Can campaign briefs differ by channel?

Yes. The single brief sets the base configuration. Per-channel overrides handle creative variants, budget splits, or targeting differences. The system tracks each variant against the parent brief.
