Shantanu Harkut joined us as a fresher.
His primary responsibilites included ensuring good system health and bug fixes.
Great performance ensures fast growth. Shantanu became an SDE. Became an avid coder, tester. Did deployments, took user feedback and made improvements to his app.
Shantanu now understood all aspects of engineering. Started understanding the business and translated it to features. Started the ownership journey!
Shantanu understood a lot more featurers and started owning the entire product line. Every feature that went in had his blessings.
Shantanu now owns all the products that OSMOS has and looks forward to building awesomeness everyday.

Sayali joined OSMOS as a Senior Software Development Engineer in 2017 and was closely involved in building the company’s key data frameworks and owning the insights layer.
Sayali was promoted to Staff Software Engineer within two years. She took full ownership of large modules, contributed to system design, and also started mentoring junior engineers.
In 2022 Sayali was given a major opportunity to lead the OSMOS Performance Team. She built the team from scratch and led a group of Developers, Data Analysts, and Data Scientists. They now work together to build features that directly impacted client KPIs.
In 2023, Sayali took on the role of Senior Staff Software Engineer, where she also began working more closely with the business teams to ensure that our models, systems, and features were fully aligned with client needs and goals.
In 2024 Sayali accepted a new challenge as the Localium Performance Team Lead in a separate business unit, leading a team of Business Analysts and Developers, helping the BU hit its performance goals.
