Started as a fresher. Moved rapidly through engineering and product roles before becoming Head of Engineering, reflecting Osmos' belief in early ownership and creating space for people to scale into leaders.
Sayali Vanjari
Senior Staff Software Engineer
Joined as Senior SDE, became Performance Team Lead for Localium, then progressed to Senior Staff Engineer, leading modules, guiding teams, and driving performance strategy at scale.
