Konvy is one of Thailand’s largest online marketplaces focused exclusively on beauty and personal care. The platform partnered with Osmos in January 2025 to begin media monetizing. With an entirely local team and a customer base rooted in beauty-specific categories, Konvy presented an opportunity to drive performance through curated inventory and smarter delivery logic.

Challenges

Several unique constraints made this engagement non-traditional:

  • Strict inventory rules: Konvy had constraints around where ads could show, despite being a single-category marketplace which limited monetization potential.
